East Brooklyn’s first Controlled Environment Agriculture system (“CEA”) is now exploring the mycelium network, strengthening our community’s local food system to include organic, plant based protein sources with the production of culinary mushrooms, including Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane, and Shiitake.
